The Spiral Within

Inspired by the Fibonacci spiral, this work began with a question: if spirals appear throughout nature, could the same pattern exist within us?

I drew the spiral onto the canvas, allowing its mathematical structure to become the foundation for a symbolic journey. As the spiral expands, symbols emerge, inviting the viewer to explore possible connections between nature, the universe and the inner self.

Perhaps we are all somewhere along this spiral, moving between different stages of our own existence. Perhaps we return to familiar places only to discover that we have changed. And perhaps the direction of our journey matters less than the experience of being part of something much larger than ourselves.

The symbols offer no single interpretation. Each viewer is free to find their own place within the spiral, moving inward or outward, following its turns in either direction.

Where would you place yourself on the spiral?
